We started the day with a walk through the Hanging Bridges. We saw tons and tons of monkeys and birds and of course lots of other kinds of criters! I love the rainforest there is something about having warmth and humidity as well as green green green everywhere you look. The lush growth is something us Canadians really just don't have like the Costa Ricans. If I could live in Costa Rica I think La Fortuna would be the place for me....
Jason was our tour guide through the Hanging Bridges, and without him I think we would have missed tons of things. The poor guy wasn't quite sure what to think of all of us...If we would only let him walk at the front of the group! LOL! Us Hall girls like to be at the front!!!
Naomi showing us how it's done! Sadly the bridges really shake, sorry for the blur...
My baby sis's.... They really aren't babies anymore!
The picture below is Jason, Randdog and Johnny. Johnny was our Costa Rican driver, now our Costa Rican family. Our trip wouldn't have been half as good if it wasn't for Johnny!!! I miss him and his lovely family, I have never meet a kinder soul.
Naomi and Craig! I love this picture of you two, so happy we got to vacation together!
The waterfall was rather chilly!
